Position: Specialist Series (Junior Specialist, Assistant Specialist, Associate Specialist and/or full Specialist)

 

The University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery is currently accepting applications for Specialists to provide research support during the academic year.  Experience with patients and human subjects is recommended, along with some formal health care training.

 

Applications for Specialist series are being sought from degreed candidates with strong laboratory research backgrounds, publications and specialized training.

 

This is an ongoing recruitment.  Positions are dependent upon extramural funding. Rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal is based on availability of support.

Position: Postdoctoral Researcher/Scholar

The University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery is currently accepting applications for Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct independent research during the academic year. Applications for Postgraduate Researchers are being sought from recent Ph.D. graduates. Interdisciplinary skills and approaches are required.
This is an ongoing recruitment. Positions are dependent upon extramural funding. Rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal is based on availability of support and performance. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience and based on full-time annual salaries starting from $33,828.
